Segway's MUXI Pro is a Class 1/2/3 cargo e-bike with a 716 Wh battery, automatic shifting and regenerative braking, at $1,999.99. US sales started September 22, 2026.
Electrek reported the launch on September 15, 2026. US sales started September 22 through Segway dealers and Segway's online store.
It has a 750 W direct-drive rear motor (80 Nm) with regenerative braking, and a 9-speed electronic drivetrain with automatic shifting. Class 1, 2 or 3 can be selected in the Segway app, with up to 28 mph of pedal assist.
The 716 Wh battery has a claimed range of up to 73 mi, which Segway says depends on assist level, terrain and rider weight.
It weighs a claimed 82.2 lb and carries up to 418 lb in total. The optional passenger kit is rated for up to 120 lb.
