About Electric Bike Simulator

Electric Bike Simulator is an independent reference that answers one question well: how far will this e-bike go for you? It computes range, hill climbing and charging for 76 popular US e-bikes with one published formula, from brand specs and independent test results.

What we do and don't do

• We collect specs from each brand's own product page and link the source next to the number.
• We use independent run-to-empty tests (for example Electric Bike Report and OutdoorGearLab) to check our model, and link each one.
• We don't test bikes hands-on, and we don't accept payment for placement or rankings.

How the site is funded

Some "Check price" links are affiliate links. If you buy through one, the brand may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you. Every bike gets the same formula, and picks follow published rules, whether or not a brand has an affiliate program with us.

About this domain

From about 2013 to 2022 this domain hosted a different e-bike range simulator, run by another author. We are not affiliated with that project or its author; we registered the domain after it lapsed and built this site from scratch.

Corrections

Specs change and brands rename models often. If a number here is wrong or out of date, let us know and we'll check it against the brand's page and fix it.
